The terms for using our webshop and services

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Evara® Cosmetics (hereinafter: "we") and the customer (hereinafter: "you").
By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Offers and prices
All prices on our website include VAT and exclude shipping costs
Offers are valid while stocks last
We reserve the right to change prices
Any typos in prices are not binding
In case of price changes after ordering, the original price applies
Article 3: Ordering and payment
Ordering
An agreement is concluded after our confirmation of your order
We reserve the right to refuse orders
With limited stock: "sold out is sold out"
Payment
Payment is made online through our secure payment environment
Available payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, Klarna
Your order is processed after payment is received
In case of failed payment, the order automatically expires
Article 4: Delivery
Current delivery times
Due to high demand, delivery may currently take 2-11 business days. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over €20
Orders under €20: €3.99 shipping fee
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you specified
We are not liable for delays by PostNL
Uncollected packages are returned to us
Article 5: Right of withdrawal
14 Days return period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Conditions
The withdrawal period is 14 days after receipt
Products must be unused and in original packaging
Hygiene seal must not be broken
Return costs may vary and will be communicated in the return email
Procedure

3. Receive return label
4. Send product within 14 days
5. Refund within 7 business days after receipt
Article 6: Liability
We are liable for direct damage due to attributable shortcoming
Liability is limited to the amount of the order
Indirect damage is excluded from compensation
We are not liable for damage due to incorrect use
Force majeure releases us from obligations
Article 7: Intellectual property
All content on our website is our property or that of third parties
It is forbidden to copy content without permission
Brand names and logos are protected trademarks
Infringement may lead to legal action
Article 8: Privacy
We handle your personal data carefully. Please consult ourprivacy policyfor more information about how we collect, use and protect your data.
Article 9: Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us within 14 days via hey@evaracosmetics.nl. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible.
Article 10: Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements
Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam
In case of contradiction between translations, the Dutch version applies
Article 11: Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance on our website. The most current version is always available on our website.
